The luxury Radisson Blu Hotel Waterfront in Cape Town announced its plans to undergo renovations.
The refurbishment commenced in May in various phases, with phase 1 to be completed in September.
The refurbishment of the public Atrium is expected to take place during July.
The hotel, restaurant, and conferencing facilities will remain open during this time with minimal disruption being expected for guests, with a phased approach ensuring that only sections of the property are worked on at one time.
Work will also be limited to weekdays and will be done during office hours.
